Delivery, communication, and updates are conducted strictly via WhatsApp and the MbuyuFit App.

Full payment is required before receiving customized workout routines, dietary plans, or onboarding access to the MbuyuFit App.

Billed at the start of each dedicated coaching cycle.

Clients joining mid-cycle will be charged a prorated amount corresponding to the remaining days of that specific cycle, as agreed upon prior to onboarding.

If a client misses a scheduled training session or fails to attend, no refund will be issued, and the session cannot be reimbursed.

If a training session is canceled or missed due to trainer unavailability from Mbuyu Health and Fitness Studio, the missed session will be rescheduled and conducted at a later time.

If Mbuyu Health and Fitness Studio is unable to reschedule or deliver the session, a refund for that specific day's session will be provided to the client.

All payments for online programs, challenges, and digital materials are otherwise final and non-refundable once onboarding details or access credentials have been delivered.

In the event of a medical condition or unavoidable personal emergency, a client may request a single program pause for up to 14 consecutive days. Pause requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp to Head Coach Mbuyu prior to the pause period.

Delaying or failing to settle renewal fees on time will result in automatic deactivation of MbuyuFit App access and removal from group/coaching communication channels.

All training plans, video demonstrations, and guidance remain the property of Mbuyu Health and Fitness Studio and are exclusively for the individual client. Sharing or redistributing materials is strictly prohibited.

The client acknowledges that online coaching relies on self-reported health information. The client confirms they are in suitable health to engage in physical exercise independently using home or studio equipment.
